I learnt how to tell people to pass something to there left maori.

I revised Tenei, Tena and Tera, which means if your close to something, right next to it, and far away.

Our lesson was telling someone else to pass it to the person to there left in maori, the sentences we had to try and say is,

"Hoatu te ... ki te taha maui." which is, 'pass ... to your left.'

I found this a bit hard becasuse  I struggled on the "Hoatu te" part.
